Bug Light Tour Reveals Possible Paranormal Activity? Each cruise will begin with a welcome at the museum, where participants will get their boarding passes and see the actual Fresnel lenses of Plum Island and Little Gull lighthouses. All our cruises include a Bug Light visit. Register early! Many cruises fill well in advance of the date!

Duration: 9 AM to 3 PM. Meet at the museum by 8:30 AM for boarding passes, tickets and cruise pamphlets. The PECONIC EXPRESS departs promptly at 9 AM.

We will be going to 4 offshore lighthouses where I will talk about their history and the paranormal activity that goes on there. When we get to our 4th and final lighthouse, you will actually go on that lighthouse where I will talk about my family when they were the keepers on that site and then I will talk about the paranormal investigation that I took part in on June 29th, 2012. Special Lighthouses Day Cruise exploring the relationship between lighthouse keepers and their maritime environment. This cruise has two narrators:
A unique annual day cruise. See 10-12 lighthouses - the most of any tour! ALL the famous lighthouses of Long Island Sound and Gardiner's Bay, including Long Beach Bar "Bug" Light, Orient Point, Plum Island, Little Gull, Race Rock, New London Ledge, New London Light, Latimer Reef, North Dumpling, The Ruins and Cedar Point. This narrated special cruise is made possible by the generous Cross Sound Ferry donation of the use of their comfortable hi-speed vessel and professional crew. This boat easily accommodates large groups. So bring your family and friends! Very suitable also for your company or club outing, and celebrations of any kind.
